While addressing the media on the general security situation in the country this morning, Police spokesperson Fred Enanga has given an update on the sex party gang that was arrested over the weekend in Kireka by the Joint Task Force security teams.

Enanga said on interrogation of the 21 suspects that were arrested, there was a female juvenile aged 16 from Kyebando that was in the gang. Enanga explained that the juvenile disclosed to them that she was forced into sex trade by her biological elder sister known as Nabukenya Prossy Nakimera.

The juvenile told police that she had been used by four male customers on the day they got arrested. She also stated that her young sister aged 14 was also lured into prostitution by their big sister Nabukenya.

Enanga said they have launched the hunt for Nabukenya and will be charged with aggravated trafficking.

Enanga said that the sex party has been going on for a while on a weekly basis with Anita Keiz being in charge of organising the event.

“On interrogation, we found out that these parties are being held every week in different locations around Kampala,” Enanga said.

He said more suspects behind the sex parties are on the run but police together with other security agencies are on the hunt to arrest all the culprits.
