“Having HIV has not stopped me from achieving any of my dreams. I have been the King of the mic in Uganda since I was a teenager,” MC Kats said.

According to Kats he believes that being with HIV is not the end of the world.

Kats has been living with AIDS for over ten years and he is one of the very few celebrities in Uganda who have come out to the world and openly talked about their status.
