Busiro South Member of Parliament Peter Sematimba has been one known to take his grooming habits way too far for a man.
A video has surfaced online showing the MP unveiling his makeup regalia from his toilet bag during an ongoing session. In the video, he is seen applying what looks like lipstick to his lips right before he embarks on a nail-cutting spree.
Sematimba is seen fondling his nail cutter while checking through his toilet bag over and over again. He sets down his bag and applies some more balm to his lips.
We appreciate this gesture of personal hygiene and self-care Hon Sematimba but how about you do it outside the Parliament chambers?
