Yesterday, President Yoweri Museveni revealed how he is stuck in making a decision of suspending public transport as a preventive measure to stop the spread of COVID-19 pandemic. Museveni proposed that Ugandans who have no private vehicles should embrace riding bicycles to be able to implement the recommended social distance.

As usual after the address, Ugandans rampantly trolled the President for his idea. We are not here to defend the idea of the President but we only decided to look at the health benefits of cycling.
