Maybe as NTV Uganda management are drafting a statement to defend themselves against Sheila Gashumba’s jibs, one of their former employees Robin Kisti who used to present Login, an entertainment show has defended the brand labelling it the best in the country.

In a social media post, Kisti said being employed by NTV Uganda is enough pride for anyone pursuing a journalism career. She said the benefits that come with being at NTV are very exciting.

“The benefits we got, from hair and makeup, money every three months for outfits and shoes, saloon every two weeks, lunch coupons every day in good restaurants,” Kisti said.

On the issue of salary, Kisti said every presenter is paid according to his/her worth and the benefits the show brings to the company.

“If your show brings in good money to the company, then you will get paid good money unless you don’t know how to negotiate,” she said.
