As government continues to ease up on the lockdown restrictions that were set up to curb the spread of coronavirus in the country, leisure places and places of worship still remain closed. The continued ban on leisure places has greatly crippled the entertainment industry and financially strained many artists’ whose livelihood depends on the concerts and bars.

Even with the ongoing TV battles and online concerts that have seen some musicians getting a few gigs, singer Spice Diana has today asked the government to consider re-opening recreation places so that they can get back to work.

While appearing on NTV morning show, the stylish artiste suggested that government should  set up measures just like how it has done to other businesses.

“Like taxis, they can ask arenas and other places to only allow half the capacity so that we can work,” said Spice.

She revealed that when the lockdown had just begun, she was very worried on how she and her fellow musicians were going to survive but maintains that she’s greatly thankful to God for the few endorsements that she has been able to get.
