A joint security team led by Police and UPDF is this afternoon conducting a raid on National Unity Platform headquarters in Kamwokya.

Though no official statement is yet to be issued by either the security agencies or NUP, we can confirm that several property in the office is being confiscated by the joint security. These include; red berets, computers and masks among others.

Reports indicate that the raid is in line with military stores following Govt’s move to designate the red beret as official military clothing.
