The National Resistance Movement presidential candidate, President Yoweri Museveni has once again exhibited that he still has ‘stamina’ to complete with young people as he decided to do some push-ups on his campaign trial in the Lango sub-region.

This was after the NRM Bazzukulu that gathered at Muni University in Arua yesterday asked him to show them “stamina”.

“My engagement with youth from the Lango sub-region took a more physical approach as I appealed to them to spend their youthful lives constructively; by staying fit, healthy, and sharp in ideology. It is possible to be young, with much vigor, but confused; old but clear-headed,” Museveni said.

During lockdown, Museveni exhibited to Ugandans with about 30 push-ups on how they can keep fit without necessarily running around their areas of residence.

The NRM presidential candidate is today expected to start his new week of campaigns in Gulu.
