Presidential candidate Nancy Kalembe fasting for 40 days to seek for spiritual and financial support

The only female candidate in the 2021 presidential race, Nancy Kalembe has decided to turn to God to bless her presidential bid. Kalembe revealed that today is her second day of the 40 days of fasting.

“Greetings from the first female commander in chief, as we proceed with our 40 day fasting; we continue to seek for both spiritual and financial support from Ugandans who are willing to fight for the same cause,” said Kalembe.

Kalembe said she’s the right next President because incumbent President Yoweri Museveni has overstayed, and the rest of the candidates in the race are angry.

Just like other opposition candidates, Kalembe complained of the indiscipline in the campaigns.

“People are ready for change, but they don’t want teargas and war,” she said.

Kalembe has so far successfully covered Bukedi, Teso, Bugisu, Sebei, Karamoja, Acholi, Lango and West Nile Regions in East and Northern parts of Uganda.

She will today kick off her campaigns in Western Uganda starting with Hoima, Kyankwanzi and Kiryandongo.
