Newly appointed Cabinet ministers and departing members are giving their reactions following President Yoweri Museveni’s release of his top team for the sixth term.

The appointed ones are in jubilation for the opportunity Museveni has given them while the outgoing are bidding farewell and wishing their successors the best.

While appearing on NBS TV last night, outgoing State minister for Tourism Godffrey Kiwanda said that being a minster is not a life time job but rather an opportunity to serve and contribute to the growth of Uganda. He thanked Museveni for entrusting him with the ministerial position.
