Forget his comic antics, Kawempe North Member of Parliament Hon Ssegirinya Muhammed is one politician known for always giving back to his supporters.

Amid this lockdown where majority of Ugandans are going through a lot of challenges especially being unable to afford the basic needs, Ssegirinya has started a door to door campaign of delivering food relief to different households in Kawempe North constituency. The food items include; posho, sugar, rice and matooke among other items.

Mr Updates said he is not going to wait for government help people in his constituency yet they are dying of hunger. The comic politician has gathered great support in such charities even before he became a Member of Parliament.

Even before receiving his first salary as a legislator, Ssegirinya has already donated to his constituents a well-equipped ambulance  and said he is constructing a hospital that will be called Kawempe North hospital which he hysterically said will employ only NUP supporters though it will treat all Ugandans.
