Moses Kibalama and Ssimbwa Paul have withdrawn their complaints against the current leadership of NUP.

In a letter dated 10/9/2021 signed by both Kibalama and Ssimbwa, they reveal that the misunderstandings have been resolved.

“We apologize to all party members and other citizens who might have been offended by our actions,” reads part of the statement.

In July this year, Kibalama, the founder of a party came out and started pushing to have his party back.

He revealed that their one-year Memorandum of Understanding with Bobi Wine and his group expired on July 11 and both parties did not meet to renew it.

He disclosed that he was set with his other cofounders to arrange elections to vote for new party leaders.
