Ugandans really play too much. As we head to the Presidential Elections that are just a few hours away, social media users have turned turned the country’s security’s rationale on deploying soldiers heavily across Uganda to thwart plans of alleged plans to “torch the country” into a big joke.

It should be recalled that before he came to power in 1986, President Yoweri Museveni “went to the bush” and waged a five year war with his reason being that the 1980 elections where he wasn’t close to any of the favourites had been rigged.

Ugandans have created several memes about going to the bush after this election. Of course these are just jokes. It is the way Ugandans relieve stress. We have compiled some of the most hilarious memes.
