Moses Kibalama Nkonge is once again back in the news this time claiming how he’s still the leader of the National Unity Platform (NUP) party.

Kibalama says Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine is just a member in the party and only carried the party flag in the just concluded presidential elections. He insists that in their agreement with Bobi Wine and his colleagues while changing the party from National Unity, Reconciliation and Development Party –NURP to NUP, they agreed to accommodate them as members but not owners.

However, he promises to sit down with them and iron out the differences they have.

Additionally Kibalama reveals that he has dragged the Attorney General William Byaruhanga to court for allegedly forcefully bringing him to court last year to be cross examined in the case where two founding members of NURP accused him of fraudulently making changes to the party constitution and effecting its takeover without following due processes.

Kibalama claims that the State coached them to tell lies in court against Bobi Wine during the hearing of the petition challenging the ownership of the party something which was against his will.
