With many living in fear of being attacked by the ‘drones’, the UPDF member of Parliament Brig.Gen.Felix Kulayigye has said that the forces have never purchased drones. While appearing on the NBS morning show Brig.Gen. Kulayigye said that drones were common around 1982,1983.

“1982/3 where the most common for ‘Panda Ggaali’. I am hearing about drones (cars) but as far as I know, we haven’t purchased drones as the UPDF,”said Brig. Gen. Kulayigye.

He however agreed that there’s a problem in the country but maintained that there’s no crisis because a crisis means intense difficulty or danger and also defended the State.
