West Nile soccer giants, Onduparaka Football Club have this evening gifted National Unity Platform (NUP) Principal Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine their new stunning kit.

Last week Onduparaka unveiled to their fans and other stakeholders the new season’s jersey which is inspired by the club’s season theme; ‘Embracing Our Heritage,’ aimed at reflecting the Club’s 10-year journey in the top flight.

As a marketing strategy, the club officials are reaching out to various influential individuals gifting them the new kit.

Today the club officials visited Bobi Wine and handed him his kit labelled ‘Bobi 2021.’

“Two years ago, Bobi Wine made a trip to Arua and passed by our offices and acquired our then season jersey to confirm his support; The next day, he went on to watch our game at Greenlight stadium, a game where we had our first ever home loss in the league but despite the loss, he had already become a fan and would later identify with us in one of his hit songs.

Today, Bobi Wine and his family are the latest owners of our 2020/2021 season Jersey Embracing Our Heritage,” club said in a statement.
