Rubaga South current  Member of Parliament and seasoned comedian Kato Lubwama who recently claimed that he is untroubled by his failure to defend his seat in the 11th Parliament has revealed that he hasn’t said anything in Parliament ever since he was voted.

He says that for the five years he has been in Parliament he had never discussed any topic for fear that his educational background would be questioned again.

While appearing in an interview with NTV Uganda popular news anchor and Mwasuuze Mutya host Faridah Nakazibwe Lubwama was asked for some clarity on the allegations that he didn’t say anything in Parliament and he replied that it’s true he did say anything.

“I didn’t say anything in Parliament because my educational background wasn’t good and I feared to be questioned again that is why I decided to be silent,” Kato Lubwama said.

Remember, Lubwama has been in parliament for almost five years and in the recent 2021 elections he contested on the Democratic Party (DP) ticket and was defeated by the National Unity Platform (NUP) flag bearer Mukasa Aloysious.
