He adds that his children Rajiv and Sheena Ruparelia are fully in charge of the project.

“They are the drivers of this project, from concept design to finishing the island project,” said.

The two have recently finished magnificent build-to-sell real estate projects like Bukoto Living and the elder Ruparelia is sure has taught them well and the project is in good hands.

The island will be part of the Speke Group of Hotels and is just 20 minutes away from Speke Resort Munyonyo.
