President Yoweri Museveni announced a 42- day lockdown where he listed a number of restrictions which included boda bodas only allowed to carry cargo and patients who have valid documents.

Many road users tend to flout the guidelines and just two weeks ago, a driver knocked dead a police officer Bosco Owili, attached to the Field Force Unit at Kabalagala police station in Kabalagala, a Kampala city suburb.
