Walking has become the new normal for none essential workers during lockdown as public and private transport was banned in bid to stop the spread of COVID-19.

However, it seems walking can never be normal for some personalities. Today morning, Former Aruu County Member of Parliament Samuel Odonga Otto shared a photo and a video of himself walking on the streets of Kampala.

“The last time I did this kind of walk was during “walk to work” from Namasuba to city centre .Today I did it again but for necessity “the children have to eat.” Three cars parked at home no idea where/why to get clearance. Glad the police at clock tower asked someone to give a lift,” said Otto in a tweet.
