“Just get a double cabin at Shs150m,” Minister Bahati tells former MP Odonga Otto after he posted a video of himself walking on the Kampala streets

Walking has become the new normal for none essential workers during lockdown as public and private transport was banned in bid to stop the spread of COVID-19.

However, it seems walking can never be normal for some personalities. Today morning, Former Aruu County Member of Parliament Samuel Odonga Otto shared a photo and a video of himself walking on the streets of Kampala.

 “The last time I did this kind of walk was during “walk to work” from Namasuba to city centre .Today I did it again but for necessity “the children have to eat.” Three cars parked at home no idea where/why to get clearance. Glad the police at clock tower asked someone to give a lift,” said Otto in a tweet.

His tweet has received mixed reactions and among the people that have replied to the tweet is State Minister of Finance for Planning and Legislator for Ndorwa West, Kabale District in the 11th parliament, Hon David Bahati.

Bahati precisely replied, “Just get a double cabin at Shs150m.” His response immediately attracted massive reactions before he decided to delete it.
