Kadaga said the announcement is a fulfillment of the directives of the Heads of State Summit of the EAC to waive Visa fees on a reciprocal basis between The Republic of South Sudan and the Republic of Uganda.

She also stated that Uganda’s counterparts in Juba have 30 days to reciprocate the same for Ugandans entering S.Sudan.
