Next Media Services employees Isaac Kawalya (better known as Kayz), Brian Wako, and Makko have been granted bail. Last Friday, Emmanuel Omulangira Ssuuna popularly known as Os Suna dragged the trio to court over defamation and character assassination after they talked about his family, financial status among other things through their TV shows.

Today afternoon, the three appeared before the Buganda Road Magistrates Court via Zoom broadcast for the hearing of their bail application with Shaolin-like hairstyles.

Going by the picture shared on Kayz’s official pages by his admin, the projected image into the courtroom was a picture of humility with the accused looking like life had been sucked out of him.

While in court the embattled Uncut presenter Kayz was no longer the loud, unapologetic and confident man in the studio. He was tense with his hands held firmly.

The shared photo depicted an image of a worried man afraid of spending another cold night behind bars.

However, the good news is the three media personalities who were remanded by the Buganda Road court magistrate to Kitalya Prison on October 2, 2021 have today been granted bail.
