In the contemporary world of love and romance, women have continuously accused men of brazen infidelity that has now become second nature to them (the latter). Nevertheless, womankind simply doesn’t give up trying to tame this home-wrecking vice. In this edition of the Republic Senga, we issue a few tactics for how you can keep your man’s zippers closed.

Avoid accusatory tones and statements such as, “I know you are seeing that bitch in personnel.” Instead, ask questions and talk in specifics, like I’ve had some complaints recently about how much time you’ve been spending after work meeting Becky in the personnel department, and I would love it if we talked it over.

Try not to bring work home from the office, and spend time away from the daily grind with him. In today’s unforgiving and capitalistic world, finding time for romance can be extremely difficult, and one way to beat that is to let work time strictly be for that, and quality home time should be utilized for your spouse.

Keep your physical hygiene in check. Take showers or baths regularly. Keep your ears clean. Brush your teeth three times a day. Keep your armpits fresh. Women are commonly compared to flowers, as it should be, as it is only second nature for a flower to be attractive. It’s the only way to keep your man coming back for more.

Don’t fill every evening or weekend with social engagements involving crowds of people. The temptation to keep going “outside” can be immense, but that can be a massive distraction to quality time that should be spent at home with your spouse. If you must go “outside,” try involving your spouse in proceedings.

Don’t begin tasks like washing clothes or cleaning out the kitchen cupboards just before bedtime. The fuel in the reserves should be spared for conversation, dilly-dallying, and making right with your spouse.

Don’t bring up past events, old emotional inquiries, and everything else in that line. If you do this expect conflicts to escalate. Bad energy breeds bad energy and good energy breeds the reciprocal. Do not get caught lurking on the other side.

Try not to start arguments just for the sake of arguing, especially before bedtime. The spirit of drama breeds a negative atmosphere, especially for the male gender and it is best advised that you keep it at bay.

Going to bed before or after your partner can be a sign of avoiding sex, and if you avoid sex with him he may seek comfort elsewhere.

Don’t withhold sex because you are getting your way outside the bed. More specifically, if your hubby doesn’t buy you the new dresses you’ve been eyeing don’t “hold out” until you get your way. Sex shouldn’t be a manipulation tactic. Holding the cookie at ransom might breed in him finding his way elsewhere.

Simply do not cheat on him.
