The National Unity Platform (NUP) spokesperson and Nakawa West legislator, Hon. Joel Ssenyonyi has claimed that Democratic Party (DP) president Nobert Mao is depressed and should be allowed to let go of his anger.

For two weeks now, the DP president has been launching scathing attacks against NUP. Mao accused the party of hypocrisy and corruption. He also branded it a party formed by the government mafias and it has a forged constitution.

While appearing on NBS Frontline last evening, Ssenyonyi stated that Mao is on a mission to accomplish his diversion project.

“Mao is an excited man with lots of MBs. He’s accomplishing a project, “said Ssenyonyi.

In response, Mao said that Ssenyonyi has given him justification to continue with his rants.

“It’s a trench war and we shall know who’s truly depressed,” said Mao.

He believed that NUP has no legitimate members as their constitution has a lot of forgeries. He promised to publish their constitution on his social media platforms.
