While the pandemic remains alive, we are also getting to grips with the realities of how to live with it. Now that the economy is fully open, how are businesses recovering and what should they do to keep going up no matter the uncertainties that lie ahead? Insurance is an inevitable center piece of this puzzle.

The 4th Insurance Brokers Association of Uganda (IBAU) Annual Conference happening on 7th April, 2022 couldn’t have come at a better time as it seeks to provide answers to these questions. It will take place at Speke Resort, Munyonyo from 9am to 6pm under the theme “The Role of Insurance in rebuilding the post-pandemic economy”. Honourable Amos Lugoloobi – The Minister of State for Planning will be the Guest of Honor.

This year’s conference will be the 4th Edition of the event and what sets it apart from those from the previous years, is that it comes at a time when economic recovery is a hot topic which directly informed the conference’s theme. It will feature a litany of renowned personalities as speakers, discussants & panelists across four sessions as we seek to demystify how insurance is key to economic recovery.
