On Friday, Local Radio Station Galaxy Fm held its ninth edition of the Zzina Awards at Thobani Centre.

Media personalities Prim Asimwe, Mr Henri and the multi-talented Hellen Lukoma were the hosts of the night.

The event was graced with performances from Pallaso, Feffe Buusi, Aroma ,B2C,Kataleya & Kandle,Aziz Azion  and Yo Kuki.

Azawi dominated, taking home the awards for Best Female Artist of The Year, Best Song Writer, and for Best Inspirational Song; “Majje” her duet with Fik Fameica while the Mayanja brother Pallaso scooped the Artist of the year accolade and Male Artist of the Year..
