Pastor tells followers to ‘fast to death,’ police recover over 70 bodies

Police in Kenya have arrested pastor Paul Makenzi over links to cultism. According to the local media, this was after over 70 dead bodies were found on his land.

Reports indicate that more shallow graves are yet to be dug up on the land belonging to the pastor.

Police have asked a court to allow them to hold Makenzi longer as investigations into the deaths of his followers continue.
