Col Engola’s in-laws die in accident

Two inlaws of deceased minister Col Charles Okello Engola died in an accident at Ayago in Murchison Falls Park, Nwoya District.

According to reports, they were coming back from the burial ceremony for the late Minister, who was shot dead by his bodyguard on May 2.

The burial took place on Saturday at Awangi village, Iceme Sub-county, Oyam District.

The two individuals who lost their lives in the accident have been identified as Dinah Tiperu Afayoa and a young boy known as Deyia.

The bodies of the deceased were taken to Anaka Hospital mortuary for post-mortem examinations.

Another three mourners are still in critical condition, and five survivors were taken to Lacor Hospital for treatment.
