Uganda’s reputation for comedic incidents persists as both leaders and citizens display a lack of seriousness, freely acting as they please.

In a recent parliament session, shocking footage emerged, leaving the public astounded. Members of Parliament were caught engaging in a ‘romantic activity’ within the House.

During the session, a female MP was observed giving a head massage to a male MP seated beside her, creating a world of their own.

Another MP, seated behind them, appeared to witness the scene and found great enjoyment in it.

Desiring to join in the romance, the observing MP leaned forward, and without hesitation, the female MP switched hands.
