Singer Spice Diana real name Namukwaya Diana, has spoken against music battles saying that she joined the music industry without the intention of competing with anyone.

Speaking during an interview on a local TV station, Spice dismissed music battles by labelling them ‘endeavours of the insecure and those lacking confidence in their creative abilities.’

“Only those lacking self-belief participate in musical battles. I can’t put myself on a weighing scale because I know who I am. I am contented with who I am and I believe in myself,” she said.

As anticipation grows for the forthcoming Cindy-Sheebah music battle scheduled for September 15 at the Kololo Airstrip, Spice Diana said that she’s only focused on her own artistic journey.

“I can’t weigh them. I am an artiste, I am only focused on doing my job,” she said.
