Uganda Cranes and Rwanda-based midfielder Taddeo Lwanga has unveiled his latest project: a newly constructed shopping center located in Ndejje, Namasuba.

Lwanga shared a video tour of the shopping center on his social media platforms, accompanying it with the caption, “God is in control.”

This newly completed shopping center boasts more than 20 stores and is situated in Ndejje, Namasuba, just 2 kilometers off Entebbe Road.

Notably, this is not the first time Taddeo Lwanga has made headlines for his impressive investments. In July 2020, he surprised many by unveiling his fully furnished mansion, nicknamed “The Oasis,” located in Kajjansi, off Entebbe Road.

Lwanga’s journey to success has been marked by talent, hard work, and determination. He began his football career with Ndejje United F.C. in the second division before making a name for himself in the Buganda Masaza Cup with Kyadondo.

In January 2014, Lwanga joined Express FC, where he spent just one season before moving to SC Villa in 2015. His exceptional performance led to a two-year deal with Vipers SC in 2017. His standout form at Vipers earned him a place in the Uganda Cranes AFCON squad in 2019.

In August 2019, Lwanga embarked on an international adventure by joining the Egyptian Premier League side Tanta SC. Notably, on December 2, 2020, he secured a two-year contract with Tanzania’s Simba SC, further expanding his football career.

The most recent chapter of Taddeo Lwanga’s football journey unfolded in July 2023 when he was unveiled as a player for Rwandan football club APR F.C. after signing a two-year contract.

In Uganda, football has not been considered a highly lucrative sport, and few players have managed to build successful careers both on and off the pitch. Taddeo Lwanga stands as a shining example of an athlete who has achieved remarkable success in his career and investments.
