Meet Jadrine K. Perkins, who is on mission to revolutionize the beauty industry

Jadrine K. Perkins is the CEO and founder of J-Perk International, a beauty company established in 2023 with a mission to revolutionize the beauty industry. The company is dedicated to creating high-quality cosmetics that celebrate and enhance the unique beauty of every individual, offering a range of products like lipsticks, wigs, makeup primers, foundation sticks, pressed face powder, foundation, and lip gloss.

Jadrine, a Ugandan-American and a mother of two boys, holds a degree in Business Administration from Nkumba University. Apart from leading J-Perk International in Houston, Texas, she is also the Director of Christ the King Primary School in Mbarara, Uganda, and the CEO of The Tzion Group LLC in Houston.

As the CEO and President of J-Perk International, Jadrine Perkins is deeply involved in overseeing all aspects of the organization, driving the mission, fundraising, operations, and board engagement. She has successfully aligned the organization with values around diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
