Prophet Samuel Kakande of the Synagogue Church of Nations, located along Mulago Kubiri roundabout, has asked his followers to send in their prayer requests, but they must come with a fee of $300 (about Shs1.1 million).

In the video making the rounds on social media, Prophet Kakande asked his followers to write down their dreams in the form of prayer requests.

“Is your dream to build a house? Write it down. Is your dream to be a billionaire? Write it down. Send it to Kakande Ministries at our address plus $300,” Kakande said.

The video has attracted mixed reactions, with many giving humorous responses.

Arnold Betu said, “Please find the attached email with the Google Drive link containing my dreams (1 GB).”

“$300*3790=rich pastor,” Kizito Peter stated.

Tinah_ke reacted, “I hope now you all know the cost of your dreams.”

“I stopped going to churches a year ago because of a lot of demands from the priests,” Tukamushab said.

@KohathUG commented, “My dream is to become like Elon Musk.”

Prophet Kakande is not new to such ‘innovations.’ In 2017, he introduced ‘holy rice’ worth Shs50,000! He told believers to sprinkle some of the rice onto theirs then cook in order to receive miracles.
