Business magnate Sudhir to headline 14th UK-Africa Trade Summit in London

Uganda’s richest man, Dr Sudhir Ruparelia will be a keynote speaker at this year’s UK-Africa Annual Trade Summit.

Dr Sudhir will be speaking about the various business opportunities in Uganda and how to unlock them at event that will take place on September 6, 2024 at the MayFair Hotel, London.

This year’s Under the theme, ” Accelerating Growth Through Partnerships for Global Market expansion in Africa”. It is the at the 14th edition of the annual event and will focus on East Africa.

This event aims to promote investment, expand exports, foster partnerships, and share insights on market trends and investment incentives in East Africa.

Sudhir who is the Chairman of the Ruparelia Group of Companies, will bring his vast experience in entrepreneurship and business development in Uganda to the summit.

Attendees will learn first hand how left London in the 1980s to set up an empire than spans real estate, hospitality, horticulture, education and media.

The summit will cover various sectors, including sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, digital transformation, manufacturing, trade, and export partnerships, organisers say.

Panel discussions and keynote presentations will explore opportunities for investment, innovation, and growth in these areas.

Attendees will include investors, entrepreneurs, financiers, and government officials from the UK and East Africa. The event provides a unique platform for networking, building partnerships, and exploring business opportunities.
