Afsa Umutesi, Head Producer for Kampala, expressed enthusiasm about the festival: “We’re thrilled to host such a diverse lineup of artists and performers right here in Kampala. This edition promises to be our most exciting and varied yet, blending established legends with rising stars. Prepare for a celebration of music, art, and unforgettable moments.”

Blankets and Wine is more than just a concert; it’s a multi-faceted community event celebrating music, art, and culture.

Head of Festivals, Justine Mbugua, elaborated: “Unlike a single-artist concert, our festival creates a shared experience, an atmosphere that goes beyond the performances. It’s about bringing people together for a memorable celebration.”

The festival will also feature a dedicated family area with free admission for children aged 0-12, and a wide range of vendors offering food, drinks, fashion, and crafts.
