There are many brunches around the city every Sunday, but the Daycation Brunch at Silo 15 has stood out as the clear star.

It’s evident that more people are embracing the laid-back vibe of mixing and mingling with friends and family on Sundays, and restaurants as well as bars are getting creative with captivating and exciting offers for such gatherings.

But from a deep observation, over the past four months, when it comes to setting the scene just right, the Silo 15 Daycation Brunch team undoubtedly understood the assignment!

The venue has been transformed into a vibrant yet sophisticated space for every Daycation Brunch, that happens every last Sunday of the month.

Together with the day’s sponsors- Don Julio tequila, the management has gone out to have a unique setup at every edition, complete with an entertainment line-up and Don Julio offers that has created lasting memories for the attendees.

Sunday, October 27th, was the fourth edition of the Daycation Brunch, and guests arrived dressed in casual-smart and colourful outfits, ready to unwind and enjoy themselves.

For starters, with a full house, it was clear that the numbers have grown over the past few months.

Guests were spoiled for choice, with a menu that offered expertly mixed margaritas, palomas, and tequila-infused delights. The drinks seemed to flow with ease, adding just the right touch of flavour to accompany the delicious cuisine and exquisite desserts.

According to reviews during media interviews, Silo 15 seemed to have outdone itself with a menu that catered to every craving. Guests enjoyed the savoury platters, as well as an irresistible assortment of desserts! Simply put; every bite was crafted to perfection.

With serving tables beautifully decorated with delicious meats, pastries, ice cream, fruits, and main dishes, guests eagerly moved from one serving point to another, sampling the culinary creations, which made the whole brunch experience feel like a tour of flavours.

With bottomless servings, there was no rush, just plenty of time to savour every plate and enjoy every sip.

The entertainment lineup didn’t disappoint either; the crowd enjoyed live mixes by DJs like Selector Jay, DJ Melvyn, and Deejay Jo, that kept the energy alive throughout the day.

The crowd happily swayed and grooved to the beats, with each set different and much better than the last.

From old-school hits to the latest tunes, the DJs curated a soundscape that had guests on their feet, dancing and celebrating together.

As the event wound down, Simon Lapyem, the Innovations Manager at UBL, hinted at something even bigger on the horizon.

“We’re planning something spectacular for the November and December editions. With this kind of reception, it’s only right that we end the year in style. Don Julio is extremely thrilled to be part of this thrilling lively experience.”

With the next Daycation Brunch already slated for November 24, premium fun lovers should brace themselves for yet another chance to soak up in the lively, feel-good energy, as they catch up with friends, enjoy delicious food, and indulge in endless Don Julio cocktails.
