The “Soul on Strings” edition of the Bell Lager-sponsored Roast and Rhyme delivered a vibrant picnic experience by the lakeside, combining live music, mouth-watering meat roasting, cozy lawn setups, and refreshing sips of the new Bell Citrus.

Known for its reggae vibes, this edition took a different turn with soulful performances from legendary Irene Namubiru, Zulitums, Anknown, and heartfelt poetry from Kabera Angel.

The event was filled with excitement, starting with engaging games that set the mood, followed by a “Double Black Takeover” featuring DJ Lynda Ddane and Melvyn DJ, who surprised guests with a mix of gospel, old-school R&B, Ugandan classics, and afrobeats. Nearby, the green-themed Bell Citrus area offered fun board games, ball games, and special promotions, drawing a crowd that enjoyed the zestful vibes all day.
