Guinness Matchday on Tour reached its crescendo on Day Two, where electrifying football moments seamlessly blended with a show-stopping musical performance by Uganda’s very own Azawi.

Football fans gathered at Zoe Grounds, Lugogo, to witness a thrilling doubleheader on Guinness’ customised football truck, starting with Arsenal’s 1-1 draw with Fulham and Chelsea’s dramatic 3-2 win over Tottenham. But as the evening transitioned into the night, the crowd’s anticipation shifted to the stage – and Azawi delivered in spectacular fashion.

The award-winning artiste kicked off her performance with Repeat It, instantly captivating the crowd. Hit after hit followed, with tracks like 10 Over 10, Quinamino, and Majje keeping the energy high. As the lights dimmed for her finale, Azawi closed the night with Masavu, her crowd-favorite anthem that had everyone singing along, cementing the moment as one of pure magic.

“Azawi’s performance was the perfect close to an already exhilarating day of football and entertainment. This is exactly what the Guinness Matchday on Tour is about uniting fans through their love for football and unforgettable experiences.”

Her performance was flanked by Dj’s DJ Melvyn and DJ Scata who took revelers on crazy musical roller-coaster playing some of the biggest jams. From epic match screenings to interactive games like Guinness Predict and Win, every moment is crafted to keep fans on their feet.
