Ghetto Kids to headline CHAN draw event in Nairobi

Uganda’s renowned Ghetto Kids are set to headline a star-studded lineup at the TotalEnergies CAF African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024 final draw this evening at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi.

The celebrated dance troupe, famous for their energetic and captivating performances, will showcase their signature moves during an event celebrating African culture and football.

The Ghetto Kids, who gained international acclaim through viral dance videos and high-profile performances, recently impressed audiences at the CAF Awards in Morocco.

Also performing at the event is Kenyan music sensation Bien-Aimé Baraza, a member of the award-winning group Sauti Sol.

The final draw will commence at 8 p.m. The CHAN tournament, initially scheduled for February 2024, has been postponed to August 2025 to allow host countries Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania sufficient time to upgrade infrastructure and facilities to meet required standards for a successful event.
