Victoria University appoints media personality JK Kazoora as Director of Innovation Hub

Victoria University has appointed renowned media personality Junior Dave Kazoora alias JK, as its new Director of the Innovation Hub.

Kazoora, a seasoned figure in media and marketing, brings extensive experience to the university, which has become a leading center for transformative education in Uganda.

In an official statement, the university announced that Kazoora will lead initiatives to drive technological advancements, foster creative solutions, and support entrepreneurial ventures at the Innovation Hub.

“JK’s leadership experience in the innovation sector will help bridge the gap between academia and industry, providing students and innovators with the practical skills, mentorship, and opportunities needed to turn ideas into impactful solutions,” the statement noted.

Kazoora holds a degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and has worked with several notable private and public organizations, including KFM, Capital FM, and Crown Beverages.

He is also the founder of Buddies Production House, a well-known production company that has collaborated with top brands such as MTN, UBL, and Airtel.
