Food lovers, mark your calendars! The highly anticipated Chef’s Table event in partnership with Singleton whisky returns this weekend.

The event, which promises an unforgettable evening of culinary artistry and fine whisky, is slated for this Saturday- February 15th, starting at 7pm, at Kardamom & Koffee.

At the helm of this gastronomic adventure is Jamal Jacobs alias Chef Mally, a seasoned culinary expert with years of experience on Kampala’s vibrant food scene.

Having honed his craft as a private chef and consultant in some of the city’s top restaurants, Chef Mally has made a name for himself with his innovative approach to flavour and fusions.

“I live to tell the story of my ancestors who couldn’t. My African cuisine is served with only one ingredient – Love,” said Chef Mally.

Kardamom & Koffee is expected to transform into a haven for foodies and whisky connoisseurs, as Chef Mally takes centre stage, crafting a three-course dining experience that will showcase her exceptional skills and passion for flavours.

“The Singleton and fine dining share a common philosophy- that is savouring every moment and every flavour. This partnership with Chef’s Table, featuring Chef Mally, brings out the best of both worlds. We are creating an experience that’s as smooth and memorable as our whisky, while also giving guests a beautiful experience,” said Christine Kyokunda, The Singleton Brand Manager, UBL.

“Expect a journey through Caribbean-inspired taste profiles, from delicate starters, to indulgent mains, and a spectacular dessert, all paired with the perfect whisky selection. It is going to be an incredible experience,” added Mally.

Beyond restaurant kitchens, he also shines as a private chef, bringing her expertise to exclusive gatherings and events. His commitment to excellence and creativity ensures that each dish is a masterpiece, making him the perfect choice to lead this extraordinary event.

Tickets for this Saturday’s Singleton X Chef’s Table at Kardamom & Koffee are priced at Shs 200,000, and limited seats are available, so foodies and whisky connoisseurs are highly advised to book online.
