Speke Resort staff undergo company policies training to strengthen workplace standards

In a continued effort to build a knowledgeable and empowered workforce, staff members at Speke Resort and Commonwealth Resort Munyonyo underwent a comprehensive orientation session centered on company policies and guidelines.

The training aimed to ensure that employees clearly understand and can confidently uphold company standards and expectations.

“This initiative reflects our dedication to nurturing a well-informed and compliant team. When our staff are equipped with the right knowledge, we all succeed together,” reads the resort’s statement in part.

Speke Resort and Commonwealth Resort Munyonyo is Uganda’s largest and most luxurious resort. It boasts luxurious accommodations, including Presidential Suites, Presidential Cottages, Executive Rooms, and Superior Rooms. These bright and spacious residences offer stunning views of Lake Victoria and the resort’s tropical gardens.
