Women in Marketing, a subsidiary of Evolve Group Africa, is aimed at bolstering Evolve Africa’s relentless efforts to empower Women in the Marketing, Advertising and Communications ecosystem, while also recognizing, celebrating and curating platforms for women to fulfil their potential and advance their careers.

The curated event will further focus on providing Women in Marketing with fresh insights, networking opportunities, and celebrations.

Invited guests will be treated to a wealth of knowledge and golden marketing nuggets from the most outstanding female marketers in the marketing profession.

The top brass will not only share their career journeys and highlights, but also a wide range of career experiences and guidance about what it takes to be a marketer at the topmost level.

“We’re committed to shaping the future of marketing by celebrating and empowering Women who have made significant contributions to the industry,” said Happy Milla, Empowerment Team lead at Evolve Africa. “This summit & Honors is a testament to our dedication to creating opportunities for Women to thrive and excel in their careers,” she said.

The summit will culminate into an awards session, honoring outstanding women in the marketing profession in Uganda.

This initiative builds on Evolve Africa’s three-year effort to spotlight women in marketing, through an annual women marketing magazine. The summit’s dress code is “suits and sneakers,” and the event is expected to run from 3 pm to 8 pm.

Centenary Bank, Vision Group, I&M Bank, Radio City 97FM, Matooke Republic, Rage East Africa, Kadanke Brand House, are the proud sponsors of the Women in Marketing Summit & Honors 2025.
