A fresh wave of worship is set to sweep through Kampala as Millennials for Christ Ministries launches its first-ever ALTAR’D Sound Service, a vibrant praise and worship experience designed for the young generation.
The debut gathering will take place on Saturday, 27th, at 1 PM, at the MCI Media Hub, Tirupati Mazima Mall, 4th Floor. Organisers say the service will go beyond music, creating a space where millennials can worship freely, connect with others, and engage in genuine conversations about faith and life.
Leading the worship will be celebrated singer Karole Kasita, whose inspiring performances have earned her a strong following. The event will be hosted by Apostle Jonah, spiritual leader of Millennials for Christ Ministries and host of the popular Messy but Blessed Conversations.
“This is not just another church service,” Apostle Jonah explained. “It’s an altar where sound meets Spirit — a place for young people to worship in truth and freedom.”
The organisers envision ALTAR’D Sound as a recurring platform that blends faith, music, and fellowship. With live praise, worship sessions, and opportunities to connect with like-minded peers, the event aims to redefine youth-centred worship in Kampala.
They are inviting all young people with a hunger for God to join in, saying: “If you’re a millennial seeking a place to belong, worship, and grow, ALTAR’D Sound is for you.”
