Speke Resort Munyonyo trains staff to enhance customer service and guest experience

In its ongoing effort to build a skilled and empowered workforce, Speke Resort and Commonwealth Resort Munyonyo has conducted a comprehensive staff training session aimed at enhancing customer service and improving guest experiences.

The training focused on helping employees strengthen their understanding of the resort’s service standards and expectations while equipping them with practical skills to make every guest interaction exceptional.

“With every session, our team becomes better equipped to deliver the outstanding hospitality our guests deserve,” the resort said in a statement.
