As we thought that Fresh kid’s woes lie in the past, the young rapper is again caught up in his family drama. His mother Madrine Namata has revealed that her husband Paul Mutabaazi (father of Fresh Kid) has forcefully taken Fresh Kid away from their Kawempe home.

Namata claims that Mutabaazi’s greed for money is the cause of the ‘kidnap.’

“When I talked to him (Mutabaazi), he said that I and the manager enjoy the biggest amounts made off Fresh Kid’s shows,” Fresh kid’s mother said.

“Ever since our son became a star, the father stopped working claiming that he cannot work when his Kid is a celebrity,” she added on .

Namata also revealed that for the past weeks, Mutabaazi has been putting the manager (Francis Kamoga) on ‘gun point’ demanding him to buy him a car, build a house and also get him a better job or business.

However, the mother says those are unrealistic demands because the manager has been giving them money off the gigs their son performs and also pays school fees for the rapper’s siblings. She says government must immediately intervene to protect the manager and also save Fresh Kid’s fate because he is bound to lose his education scholarship in this saga.
