Some of these artistes include ‘Tupaate’ hitmaker, Pia Pounds whose song won the Outstanding Video Award and Song of the Year, Liam Voice the Outstanding Artiste of the Year, the Emerging Artiste Zex Bilangilangi, Pallaso (Male Artiste Of The Year), Kenneth Mugabi, Feffe Bussi etc.

With the entertainment Industry still under lockdown the UG Connect Concert gives artistes a platform to showcase their art and keep in touch with their fans.

The show also aims at spreading hope to Ugandans through music, dance and drama.

Next Media Services Board Member, Isaac Rucci, noted that the E-concert has been dubbed UG Hope concert because Hope is all we need as we look forward to January.
