While addressing mourners in Swahili at home of slain legislator, Hon. Ibrahim Abiriga, president Museveni stated that the killers are stupid.
Speaking to the family, he highlighted need for vigilance and re-echoed the government’s commitment to get the killers.
The President also stated the government is committed to improving security by installing more security cameras along major roads.
President Museveni is expected to address gathering in Kakumiro district as the country celebrates Heroes’ day.
