We have been reliably informed that police has fired teargas and also live bullets to disperse the youths as they attempted to block the high traffic Kira Road.
Bobi Wine was expected to show up at the Court Martial in Gulu today but that was not the case. He enjoys a loyal following in Kamwokya and Kyebando, the areas that he grew up from.
