Leone Island boss and political aspirant Joseph Mayaja alias Jose Chameleone is under life threatening blackmail, if what he shared on his Facebook page is to go by.

The screenshots Chameleone shared.

Last night, the self-proclaimed music doctor shared screenshots of a scary conversation he had with someone who refers to himself as a general.

In the conversation, the ‘general’ is demanding that Chameleone sends him money to the tune of Shs5 million via mobile money or else he (Chameleone) will pay with his life.

Chameleone’s replies to the unknown ‘general’ seek to ask what the money is for, but the ‘general’ is less concerned about that and more concerned about getting money from the singer, with threats of killing him if he doesn’t do as required.

According to Chameleone, this individual first asked him for Shs5 million on September 10, 2019 and when he didn’t receive it, he has come back now to ask for Shs8 million now.

Chameleone said that he has reported the matter to Police and hopes the security agencies will do their job and bring the person behind these threats to book.
